KWI Life Insurance Public Company Limited (the “Company”) on
February 17, 2025, has allocated to Purchase the Newly Issued Ordinary Shares
of KWI Life Insurance Public Company Limited in the amount of 2,500,000 Shares
to the existing shareholders of the Company on a pro rata basis to their
respective shareholdings (Rights Offering) with a par value at THB 10 per
share.
In this regard, the Company would like to inform the details
in connection with the exercise of rights to purchase the newly issued ordinary
shares of the Company for the 4th exercise.
